Returns or refunds are accepted for any reason only while the courier is still at your doorstep. You are only allowed to refund the whole order not parts of it. In order to request an exchange, please text us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Items must be in their original state with packaging. Shipping fees must be paid in all scenarios.
